The 2026 Festival Season started in style.
From glittering glamour to full-on foot-stomping fun, our fundraising events were better than ever. 
Whether you dressed to impress at the Party at the Castle or stomped your heels at the Castle barn dance, we want to thank you for being part of something special, as we raised funds for this year's
49th Arundel Festival of the Arts and built towards an unforgettable 50th anniversary in 2027.

Friday 12th June

Pre-Festival Summer Party & Auction Evening with Cabaret, live entertainment & food.

'Going Country' at the Castle

Saturday 13th June

Pre-Festival Summer Barn Dance with Line Dancing, barbecue & country music.

On June 12th & June 13th 2026, we held our two annual Festival Fundraisers on the lower lawns at Arundel Castle.


Friday night’s fundraiser, ‘Party at the Castle’ saw a night of glamour and celebration. With delicious sharing platters from House of Vida Catering, an auction, live music, and cabaret entertainment provided by the wonderful Dawn Gracie, it was a truly unforgettable night! 


Saturday night was the turn of our ‘Going Country at the Castle’ fundraiser. With line & barn dancing from the wonderful Dixie Belles, live music, family fun & games, and a barbecue, the night was full of toe-tapping fun with over 300 attendees!


We were so grateful for the support provided by local businesses and individuals, and we wanted to say an extra special thank you to the prize donations for the auction & raffle from Ruben König, The Steakist, Vet House Arundel, Andy Waite, Monan Gozzett, The Town House, Parsons Table, Partners Cafe, Andrew Griffith MP, Martin Steels, The China Palace, Clive & Annie Slater, Andy Batty, Linda Rendina, Tarrant Street Clinic, Arundel Tennis Club, The George at Burpham, Sefton Place, The Red Lion, Tracy Walker, Pallant Advanced Dentistry and The Pig in the South Downs.
